Group Exercise Timetable
Our sessions focus on targeting the whole body including the aerobic and anaerobic systems. This means we include exercises that improve your heart health, muscle strength and tone and flexibility for increased mobility and injury prevention.

Exercises to expect:
- Boxing
- Functional movements to increase the heart rate
- Exercises that use medicine balls, dumbbells, barbells, kettle bells
- Core work (seated or on the floor)
- Use of the TRX Sytem
- Stretching with mediation music and dim lighting
